Staff training on the use of accounting software, setting up emails and practical use of the Internet.

Processing transactions, bank reconciliations, Preparing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements, reconciling same.

Maintaining debtors and creditors ledgers, preparing quotes and invoices, debtor collection. If necessary, negotiating payment plans with suppliers and/or the Australian Taxation Office.

Inventory Management and recording – Stock control.

Preparing Financial and Management Reports annually or as required.

Preparing Budgets and Cash flows

All payroll maintenance and processing, including STP and Superannuation reporting. Workcover and Payroll Tax (if required) calculation and reporting.

Preparing BAS and IAS Statements.

Setting up and maintaining Assets Register and Depreciation Schedules.
